This senior appointment is suited to an established tax leader with deep technical expertise across VAT and indirect tax, a strong market profile, and a proven ability to originate work, develop client relationships, and build a high-performing practice.

The Opportunity
As Tax Partner, you will lead and expand the firm's Indirect Tax offering, advising major local and multinational organisations on complex, high-value matters. You will combine technical leadership with commercial ownership, helping shape the strategic direction and continued growth of the broader tax practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading complex engagements involving VAT, customs, excise, cross-border transactions, supply-chain structures, tax controversy, and indirect tax transformation.
Growing the practice through business development, market positioning, referral networks, and trusted relationships with senior decision-makers.
Providing strategic advice to boards, executives, tax leaders, and finance teams on risk, governance, transactions, and operational change.
Identifying commercial opportunities across the firm's existing client base and wider market.
Leading key client relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of advice and service delivery.
Developing talent by mentoring senior professionals and building a strong succession pipeline.
Collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated tax, legal, technology, transaction, and business advisory solutions.
Representing the firm externally through industry forums, thought leadership, and professional networks.
