A leading professional services firm is looking to appoint a Senior Manager to join its growing Global Mobility Tax Advisory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced expatriate tax professional to work with a diverse portfolio of multinational clients, managing complex mobility matters while helping to drive business growth. The role can be based in either Manchester or Birmingham.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a commercial mindset, delivering high-quality advisory services, developing trusted client relationships, and contributing to the future success of the team.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional levels of service.
* Lead the delivery of complex global mobility and expatriate tax advisory projects.
* Take responsibility for the day-to-day management of client engagements, with a strong focus on advisory work.
* Collaborate across service lines and international teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
* Generate new business opportunities from existing clients and contribute to winning new mandates.
* Mentor, coach and develop junior team members, providing leadership and technical guidance.
* Manage project budgets, timelines and quality standards to ensure successful outcomes.
* Support the strategic growth and development of the mobility practice.

You will be an experienced global mobility tax professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality client service and leading advisory engagements. A commercial mindset with a client first approach and significant experience in expatriate tax and global mobility advisory will be essential.
