Senior Transfer Pricing Manager - Mannheim Area

A unique opportunity has arisen to join a major international business as it prepares for one of the most significant corporate transformation projects in its history. With operations spanning multiple continents, the organisation is establishing a standalone tax function ahead of a planned public listing.

We're looking someone to fill the newly-created Senior Transfer Pricing Manager position. The role will manage and maintain the transfer pricing framework, ensuring the business remains compliant during this transformative period. As the business becomes more independent, you'll then focus on building, redesigning & strengthening processes and implement major TP tech down the line, so you'll have a real chance to make a tangible impact.

Ideal candidates will have a big 4 background in Transfer Pricing, with experience of governance, operational control, documentation, and audit exposure. Candidates must be fluent in German & English.
Steuerberater qualification & SAP experience is also strongly preferred but not required.

Up to €110,000 base + bonus, company car, and benefits. Must be in the office three days a week (Mannheim area).
