Are you a UK/US tax specialist looking to work with global organisations, complex cross-border issues and internationally mobile executives?

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced UK/US Expatriate Tax Manager to join its growing Integrated Mobility team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with multinational clients on a broad range of international assignment, business travel and cross-border remote working matters while building your career within a highly collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll manage a varied portfolio of clients, providing technical expertise on UK and US expatriate tax matters and helping organisations navigate the challenges of an increasingly global workforce.

Working alongside specialists across personal tax, employment tax, immigration and reward, you'll deliver practical, commercial solutions to some of the world's most recognisable brands.

This is a London based role with hybrid working available.

What You'll Be Doing

* Managing a portfolio of clients and acting as a trusted advisor on UK/US expatriate tax matters.
* Advising on complex cross-border tax issues, regulatory developments and risk management.
* Reviewing complex UK and US tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Leading mobility tax projects from planning through to delivery.
* Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to expand services.
* Collaborating with international teams and specialists across multiple disciplines.
* Coaching and mentoring junior team members.
* Using technology and data-driven solutions to enhance client service and efficiency.

What We're Looking For

* Strong experience in UK/US expatriate tax and global mobility.
* ATT and/or CTA and EA qualifications.
* Experience within mobility tax and/or private client services.
* Deep technical knowledge of UK and US taxation and cross-border mobility issues.
* Proven project management and people leadership experience.
* Strong commercial awareness and business development capability.
* Excellent relationship management skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and executives.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
