A leading professional services firm is looking for an experienced Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join its growing team. This is an opportunity to work with multinational clients on complex cross-border issues, lead high-profile advisory projects, and play a key role in developing both client relationships and future talent.
This role could be based in London, Reading, Bristol or Manchester and hybrid working is on offer.
What you'll do
* Lead the delivery of global mobility tax and advisory projects for a diverse client portfolio.
* Build trusted relationships with clients and provide exceptional service.
* Identify and drive new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with colleagues across the UK and international network.
* Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
* Contribute to the growth and success of a market-leading mobility practice.
What we're looking for
* Strong experience in Global Mobility/Expatriate Tax.
* Proven people management and leadership experience.
* ATT, ACA, CA, ACCA or CTA qualification.
* Excellent technical and project management skills.
* Commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex issues into practical advice.
* A collaborative and proactive approach to building relationships and winning work.
