Expatriate Tax Senior Manager

A leading professional services firm is looking to hire a Global Mobility Tax Senior Manager to join it's fast-growing and dynamic team in the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced mobility tax professional who is keen to step into a leadership role, working with a diverse international client base while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.

What you'll be doing:

* Managing a varied portfolio of clients - from large multinationals to growing businesses with global footprints
* Advising on complex global mobility tax matters, including: tax residence and cross-border moves; tax equalisation and policy design, and remote working and commuting arrangements
* Leading client engagements and projects, ensuring high-quality delivery
* Building strong client relationships and identifying new business opportunities
* Reviewing work, coaching, and developing junior team members
* Staying ahead of legislative changes and advising clients accordingly

To succeed, you will need:

* Strong experience in UK global mobility tax
* Experience dealing with financial services clients would be advantageous but is not a deal breaker
* Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex projects
* A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
* Experience working collaboratively across teams and geographies
* Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
* Strong analytical skills, with an interest in leveraging technology and data
