A highly regarded tax advisory firm is seeking a Private Client Tax Senior Manager to join its established and growing Private Wealth team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with ultra‑high‑net‑worth and high‑net‑worth individuals, families and their professional advisers on complex and often bespoke UK tax matters.
The firm is well known for the quality of its private client work, technical excellence and collegiate culture, and this appointment forms part of a wider investment in its private wealth offering.
The Role
You will play a key role in advising entrepreneurial clients, wealthy families and family offices on a wide range of private client tax issues. The position combines high‑level advisory work with oversight of compliance and close collaboration with lawyers, investment managers and other advisers.
Key Responsibilities

* Advising HNWIs, UHNWIs and family groups on UK private client tax matters
* Providing planning advice across income tax, capital gains tax, inheritance tax and trust taxation
* Managing complex personal and trust tax compliance matters
* Acting as a trusted adviser to clients and their wider advisory teams
* Reviewing technical work prepared by junior team members
* Mentoring and developing managers and assistants within the team
* Supporting partners with client relationships and business development initiatives
Candidate Profile

* CTA or ACA qualified (essential)
* Operating at Senior Manager level or experienced Manager level within a private client or private wealth tax team
* Strong experience advising high‑net‑worth individuals and families
* Technically confident with the ability to deliver clear, commercial advice
* Comfortable working directly with clients and their professional advisers
* Strong people management and stakeholder‑management skills
