Opportunities exist at Assistant Manager and Manager within this high‑performing team. You will work with a range of clients within the Financial Services world. If you're client‑focused, technically strong, commercially aware and passionate about developing others, this role offers the scope to support clients with complex international assignments while advancing your leadership journey.

You'll play a key role across both compliance and advisory work - leading delivery, managing risk, and driving innovative solutions that support globally mobile employees. From multi‑jurisdictional tax matters to strategic mobility planning, no two days will be the same.

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

* Advising on a full spectrum of international mobility and expatriate tax issues.
* Managing complex global tax projects for well‑known, multinational clients.
* Overseeing a varied portfolio involving both UK inbound assignees and outbound expatriates.
* Delivering accurate, timely work across compliance, advisory and broader people‑strategy engagements.
* Leading and reviewing work within the team, ensuring quality and risk management.
* Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal specialists across tax, immigration, employment tax and reward.
* Contributing to innovative approaches and continuous improvement initiatives.

To succeed, you will require:

* Strong technical expertise in expatriate tax and global mobility.
* Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and delivering high‑quality work.
* Excellent communication and client‑engagement skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
* A strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness and problem‑solving capability.
* Detail‑oriented, organised, and confident handling multiple priorities.
* A collaborative team player with demonstrable leadership and project‑management skills.
* Ability to build long‑lasting client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
