Personal Tax Senior – Andover
 
Clark Wood is working with a well-established independent firm of Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Andover to recruit a Personal Tax Senior or Personal Tax Semi-Senior to join their growing tax team.
 
This is a key role within the department, supporting the Personal Tax Manager and helping oversee two team members, while delivering high-quality compliance and client service.
 
Reporting directly to the Personal Tax Manager, the role focuses primarily on personal tax compliance with some exposure to advisory work.
 
You will manage a varied portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring accurate and timely submissions while maintaining strong client relationships.
 
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare Self Assessment tax returns and related personal tax submissions.
- Manage a portfolio of personal tax clients and liaise with them directly.
- Support and help oversee two junior team members.
- Assist with personal tax advisory work where required.
- Ensure compliance deadlines are met and work is completed to a high standard.

 
Candidate Requirements

- ATT / CTA qualified or Qualified by Experience.
- Strong personal tax experience within an accountancy practice.
- Confident managing client relationships and reviewing work.
