International Senior Tax Manager - FTSE 100 - 12 month contract

We are exclusively partnered with a FTSE 100 business who are looking for an International Tax - Senior Manager to join their Corporate Tax team for a 12 month FTC.

The role is required to manage significant tax risk and tax value across the group through a combination of Tax Authority negotiation management, provision of tax advice to the business and management of strategic value-creation tax projects. This role requires multi-jurisdictional and cross-border knowledge and expertise to fully support both local teams and regional directors, including corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax reporting, tax forecasting and tax advisory, with specific focus on EMEA.

Responsibilities

Detailed management of EMEA focus territories tax position including direct tax compliance, management of outsource providers, Transfer Pricing, corporate tax reporting and
forecasting, tax risk management, tax advisory, local tax planning etc

Regional oversight for all EMEA direct tax compliance, Transfer Pricing, corporate tax reporting and forecasting.

Tax Authority audit management, strategy and judgement for corporate tax and indirect tax audits in the EMEA region.

Project management for material cross-border, complex projects. This involves project management of cross-functional project teams.

Partner with the business to provide tax advice, mitigate tax risk and identify value-enhancing opportunities in respect of business initiatives.
