Tax Advisory Manager, Private Client

Your new role

This is an opportunity to join a growing Private Client Tax Advisory team, working with business owners, trustees and high net worth individuals.You'll deliver clear, practical personal tax advice and work closely with colleagues across tax and private client teams in the UK and overseas. The role includes reviewing work prepared by junior team members, maintaining file quality for review, managing WIP and billing, and dealing directly with HMRC where required. You'll also support senior team members by helping identify and develop advisory work, including profit extraction, succession planning and individual relocation.

What you'll need to succeed

You'll be well suited to this role if you have:

* A relevant professional qualification (such as CTA) or equivalent experience
* Strong experience working in personal tax and private client advisory
* A good understanding of the issues faced by business owners and private clients
* Experience planning and managing work to meet deadlines
* A practical, thoughtful approach to problem‑solving
* An interest in spotting opportunities to add value for clients
* Experience using CCH Central for personal tax (helpful, but not essential)
* Clear communication skills and a team‑focused approach
