Tax Principal - Private Equity

In this role, you will shape and lead complex client engagements for some of the most respected Private Equity firms in the country. You’ll have the platform to influence strategy, elevate team performance, and drive the continued growth of a practice that is already gaining significant market momentum.

Oversee the review of sophisticated federal and multi‑state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic tax outcomes.

Conduct advanced technical research and prepare clear, authoritative correspondence that resolves issues and supports client objectives.

Lead, mentor, and develop teams of staff, seniors, and managers, fostering a high‑performance culture and supporting career progression.

Direct engagement planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely, seamless delivery.
