Role Overview
As an R&D Tax Manager, you will:
* Lead and deliver R&D tax credit claims for a varied client base.
* Advise on complex technical and financial aspects of R&D tax legislation.
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional advisory services.
* Mentor and develop junior team members, sharing your expertise.
What We're Looking For
* ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) or from an Engineer/ Science background with solid experience in R&D tax incentives.
* Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage projects independently.
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.
