Role Overview
As a Transaction Tax Manager, you will:
* Advise on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings.
* Deliver tax planning solutions for major property deals and investment structures.
* Manage client relationships and lead on key projects with support from senior leadership.
* Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
What We're Looking For
* ACA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) with strong UK corporate tax experience.
* Proven track record in real estate tax or transaction tax advisory is desirable but not a must.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ambition to progress quickly in a fast-paced environment.
