🔍 Key Responsibilities
Client Advisory
* Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and international clients.
* Advise on CGT, IHT, trusts and estates, property tax, and cross-border tax matters.
* Provide tailored solutions for shareholder planning and transactional tax issues.
Portfolio Management
* Oversee and grow a portfolio of private clients.
* Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for further advisory work.
* Ensure accurate and timely delivery of compliance and advisory services.
Team Leadership
* Mentor and supervise junior team members.
* Lead internal meetings and contribute to team development.
* Play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the private client tax function.
Business Development
* Engage in networking and marketing initiatives.
* Collaborate across departments to deliver integrated client solutions.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Compliance & Risk Management
* Review complex tax returns and computations.
* Ensure adherence to tax legislation and internal risk protocols.
