A leading advisory practice is seeking a talented Senior Manager to join its specialist Management Incentives team. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced tax professional who enjoys working in a dynamic transactions environment and delivering high-impact advice to senior stakeholders across the investment landscape.
The Opportunity
The successful candidate will join a dedicated team focused on advising on the tax and commercial aspects of designing, implementing and operating management and employee incentive arrangements. The work spans the full deal lifecycle, supporting both investors and management teams on complex transactions and organisational change.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading projects involving UK and international tax considerations across pre-deal, live transaction and post-completion phases.
* Advising on management incentive plans (including equity-based arrangements, resets and joiner/leaver scenarios) and supporting clients through exits, sales or flotation processes.
* Delivering clear, concise and technically robust advice on fast-paced and demanding assignments, working collaboratively with colleagues of all levels.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal teams and external intermediaries.
* Driving business development initiatives, contributing to proposals and representing the team at networking events.
Candidate Profile
This role will suit someone who thrives in the Deals environment and enjoys applying technical insight to commercial situations. The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong expertise in management incentive plans, particularly within the investment sector.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly.
* Strong analytical ability alongside proven project management and report-writing capability.
* A proactive, inquisitive mindset and enthusiasm for problem-solving within a collaborative team.
