What You'll Do
* Equity Compensation Expertise: Advise on equity-based compensation programs for executives, including stock options, restricted stock units, and performance-based awards.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients and mentor junior team members to support their growth.
* Platform Proficiency: Utilize equity administration platforms to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
* Global Program Support: Help clients manage global equity programs, navigate tax law changes, fulfill reporting requirements, and ensure compliance with global regulations.
What You Will Need
* Strong tax technical knowledge of executive equity compensation programs.
* Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.
* Familiarity with equity administration platforms and global compliance requirements.
