As the group continues to grow, we're looking for a talented and experienced Tax Director to lead and shape our tax advisory services across all three offices.

Your new role

As Tax Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading our tax function and delivering high-quality advisory services across a broad spectrum of tax matters. Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading and developing the tax team across all three offices
* Providing strategic tax planning and advisory services to business owners, high-net-worth individuals, and trusts
* Overseeing complex tax compliance and advisory projects, including inheritance tax, capital gains tax, and corporate restructuring
* Building strong relationships with clients and acting as a trusted adviser
* Supporting the wider leadership team in driving business development and growth
* Staying ahead of tax legislation changes and ensuring the firm remains at the forefront of best practice

What you'll need to succeed

* A qualified tax professional (CTA, ACA, or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience
* Experienced in advising SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and private clients on a wide range of tax issues
* A confident communicator with the ability to explain complex tax matters in a clear and approachable way.
* Commercially astute, with a track record of identifying opportunities and delivering value to clients
* A natural leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others
* Entrepreneurial, proactive, and excited by the opportunity to shape and grow a tax function.
