Business Tax Senior Manager - Hospitality

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Tax Senior Manager to lead and support a growing corporation tax team focused on the Hospitality sector. This is a client-facing role that combines strategic tax advisory with hands-on portfolio management. You'll work closely with partners and clients on complex tax matters, while mentoring junior staff and contributing to the development of the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and support tax advisory projects including:

* Corporate restructuring and demergers
* International tax matters
* Venture capital tax reliefs
* Tax due diligence reports

* Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, including standalone entities and groups
* Review corporate tax compliance and advise on areas such as loss utilisation and corporate interest restriction rules
* Identify and implement tax-efficient opportunities for clients
* Collaborate with engagement partners and provide technical tax support
* Participate in sector-based business development initiatives
* Contribute to team development, training, and performance appraisals

Candidate Profile

* CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent)
* Proven experience managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ideally within the Hospitality sector
* Strong technical expertise in corporate tax
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to produce high-quality business reports
* Skilled in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); AlphaTax knowledge is a plus
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
* Experience mentoring and developing junior staff
