Total Compensation: Up to £130,000 (including bonus)

About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing, innovative fintech business transforming how people and businesses move money globally. Operating across multiple jurisdictions, we're scaling rapidly - and so is our tax function.

The Role

As a Senior International Tax Specialist, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality international and corporate tax advisory support across the group. This position combines technical excellence with a commercial mindset - partnering with business leaders across regions to support expansion, transactions, transfer pricing, and digital tax transformation.

You'll thrive in an agile fintech environment where no two days are the same, and your expertise will directly influence strategic decision-making at a global scale.

Key Responsibilities

*

International Tax Advisory: Advise on cross-border tax matters, new market entries, corporate structuring, and permanent establishment risk.
*

Corporate Tax Strategy: Provide proactive guidance on UK and international corporate tax issues, M&A, reorganisations, and financing structures.
*

Transfer Pricing: Lead and coordinate global transfer pricing policy, documentation, and intercompany pricing governance.
*

Business Partnering: Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, Treasury, and Product teams to ensure tax considerations are embedded in business initiatives.
*

Digital Tax Services: Support the implementation of digital tax technologies, automation, and data-driven compliance solutions.
*

Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external advisors, tax authorities, and internal stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
*

Risk & Governance: Maintain robust tax governance and ensure compliance with OECD, BEPS, and global reporting standards.

About You

*

ACA / CTA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with strong post-qualification experience.
*

Proven background in international tax and corporate tax advisory - ideally from a Big 4 firm or multinational group.
*

Strong technical knowledge of UK and global tax principles, transfer pricing, and tax structuring.
*

Commercial, strategic, and able to communicate complex tax issues simply and clearly to non-tax stakeholders.
*

Experienced in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth business.
*

Keen interest in fintech, digital transformation, and technology-enabled tax solutions.
*

Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable - you enjoy working in an ever-changing environment.

What's on Offer

*

Total compensation up to £130,000 (including performance bonus).
*

Hybrid working - 3 days per week in our London office.
*

Opportunity to shape the tax strategy of a global, scaling fintech.
*

Exposure to cutting-edge digital tax tools and innovative tax technologies.
