Tax Manager, Private Client - Big 4

Your new role

As a Private Client Tax Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You'll manage relationships with privately or family-owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and business owners, advising on a broad range of complex UK and international tax matters.Your responsibilities will include:

* Leading client engagements and managing tax advisory projects
* Developing long-term relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Collaborating across service lines to deliver integrated solutions
* Staying up to date with UK and overseas tax legislation and technical developments
* Supporting and coaching junior team members
* Contributing to business development and thought leadership through networking and technical writing

You'll work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, and be part of a team that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

* ACA and/or CTA qualification (or international equivalent)
* Relevant and up-to-date UK (and some overseas) tax knowledge
* Experience advising privately owned businesses, private equity portfolio companies, and business owners
* Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple client engagements
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* A coaching mindset and commitment to developing others
* Strong written communication skills, including technical memos and reports
* Initiative, drive, and the ability to build trusted client relationships
