Your new role

As a Corporate & International Tax Manager, you'll play a key role in advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters. You'll manage complex tax projects, build long-term client relationships, and lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-impact solutions.Your responsibilities will include:

* Advising on UK and international tax issues for large corporate clients
* Managing compliance obligations including tax return submissions and tax accounting/reporting
* Leading and developing teams, mentoring colleagues, and managing stakeholder relationships
* Identifying new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client engagement
* Collaborating creatively to solve complex tax challenges and deliver strategic insights

You'll work closely with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners, with a dedicated coach to support your development and wellbeing.

What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

* A professional tax qualification (e.g. ACA, ATT, CTA, CA, ACCA or international equivalent) or equivalent work experience
* Strong UK corporate tax knowledge, including reviewing tax computations and accounting disclosures
* Experience advising large corporate clients on UK and international tax matters
* Sound accounting knowledge and ability to interpret statutory accounts
* Proven leadership experience and ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders
* Business development experience and a proactive approach to identifying client opportunities
* Confidence in discussing broader UK and global business issues with clients
