This team advises on high-profile infrastructure investments across Europe, working with major infrastructure funds and energy businesses. The Role
As an Assistant Manager, you'll support the delivery of tax advisory services across the investment lifecycle. You'll work closely with Managers and Senior Managers to develop technical solutions, prepare client deliverables, and contribute to project execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to deepen your expertise in a fast-growing sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in delivering tax advice on acquisitions, growth transactions, and disposals
* Support client relationship management through research and preparation of materials
* Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure accurate reporting
* Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and technical development
* Participate in client meetings and calls with senior team members
* Help mentor junior analysts and interns
* Stay up to date with tax legislation and industry trends
Candidate Profile
* UK Corporate Tax experience
* ACA and/or CTA qualification (or in final stages)
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Eager to learn and grow within a specialist advisory team
* Interest in infrastructure, energy, and private capital
