Your responsibilities as a Director
In this role, you'll build and maintain strong client relationships, proactively identifying new opportunities, and ensure the successful delivery of technically complex consulting projects with a practical, business-focused approach. You'll take ownership of client service quality, manage leads across the wider practice, and build networks internally and externally to strengthen collaboration.

As a people leader, you'll supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members while contributing to the strategic and operational direction of the team, help to shape the firms success and yours.

Requirements
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Tax Professional with a strong background in Real Estate sector. You will bring client-facing experience from the UK tax environment or a comparable jurisdiction, along with the ability to interpret complex and evolving tax legislation with confidence and precision.

You’ll also be a skilled project manager, capable of planning, prioritising, and delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.

You’ll hold a degree qualification and a recognised professional credential such as ACA, CA, ACCA, CTA, or be a Tax Inspector with a full Technical Course or Law qualification.
