Pure Search are partnered with global company looking to hire an International Tax & Transfer Pricing Senior Manger to support its rapidly expanding operations throughout Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

This position plays a crucial role in shaping how the organization navigates complex tax systems across multiple jurisdictions. Working within a high-performing advisory team, the successful candidate will act as a senior strategic partner, advising leadership on cross-border tax matters and steering the company through a constantly evolving regulatory landscape.

Main Responsibilities:

* Take ownership of tax dispute management and audit strategies in key European markets, particularly Germany and Austria, fostering constructive relationships with tax administrations while protecting the organization's commercial priorities.
* Identify, interpret, and anticipate emerging legislative trends across various EMEA jurisdictions, translating intricate regulations into pragmatic guidance for business leaders.
* Provide senior-level technical advice on a wide range of issues including corporate taxation, transfer pricing frameworks, permanent establishment considerations, and international structuring.
* Collaborate closely with finance, legal, and operational teams to offer real-time input on strategic initiatives.
* Contribute to the long-term development of the company's EMEA tax structure by applying analytical insight and innovative thinking to complex challenges.

Qualifications & Experience:

* A minimum of 10 years of experience in international tax, ideally gained within a major professional services firm, legal practice, governmental tax body, or in-house role at a multinational enterprise.
* Strong knowledge of German direct tax legislation and cross-border taxation matters.
* Proven track record of successfully managing significant tax audits, negotiating bilateral agreements, and resolving disputes.
* Fluent command of both German and English, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders and external regulators.
* Ability to work in the Munich office 5 days per week

This role will pay a total compensation of 160,000-180,000 Euros.
