Corporate Tax Manager - Leading Advisory Firm

A leading professional services firm is seeking an ambitious Manager to join its Infrastructure post deal Tax team. This team plays a key role in advising on some of the largest infrastructure investments across Europe, working closely with major infrastructure funds.
This opportunity offers the chance to build a strong client portfolio, deepen technical expertise, and develop long-term client relationships within a dynamic and growing sector.
The Opportunity
The Infrastructure Tax team focuses on advising infrastructure and energy businesses throughout the investment lifecycle. This includes:
* Acquisition and development
* Growth transactions (e.g. mergers, refinancings, capex, bolt-on acquisitions)
* Operational and supply chain optimisation
* Profit repatriation strategies
* Exit readiness and disposal
This role sits alongside the firm's Infrastructure M&A Tax team and supports the broader strategy to grow market share in tax advisory services for infrastructure and energy businesses backed by private capital.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Infrastructure M&A team to identify lifecycle tax opportunities
* Build and manage direct relationships with clients and targets
* Deliver tax advice across the full investment lifecycle
* Liaise with compliance and reporting teams to ensure tax advice is reflected in disclosures and returns
* Support senior stakeholders in managing and expanding client relationships
* Mentor and support junior team members
* Develop internal relationships across service lines
* Contribute to business development through collateral creation and stakeholder communications
* Participate in client events and team communications
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial awareness, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset. They will be confident managing client relationships, identifying innovative solutions, and contributing to business growth.
* UK Corporate Tax experience
* ACA and or CTA qualification is desirable
