Our client, a leading advisory firm based in London, is expanding its Financial Services Corporate Tax team and is seeking both Assistant Manager (NQ) and Senior level (PQ) candidates to join their high-performing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of complex and high-profile projects, including:

* Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
* Tax restructuring
* International tax matters
* Complex tax compliance and advisory for financial institutions in Banking, Insurance, Funds, Fintech and even Crypto

About the role

* You will be responsible for a portfolio of FS clients to provide a healthy mix of compliance and advisory services
* Exposure to a diverse client base across banking, asset management, insurance, and fintech
* A clear and rapid progression path in a team that is growing significantly
* Supportive leadership and a collaborative team culture with a strong track record of developing their people
* Hybrid working model with flexibility

About You:

* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified (or equivalent) - newly qualified candidates preferred, though part-qualified professionals with relevant experience will also be considered
* Strong experience in UK corporate tax, ideally within financial services but not required
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive mindset and eagerness to develop your technical and commercial expertise
