Corporate Tax Associate Director - London / Aberdeen / Edinburgh / Glasgow / Leeds / Manchester

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director (current Manager level candidates will be considered) to join this expanding corporate and international tax team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within a progressive and supportive environment where people are valued and careers flourish.

As Associate Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services across a diverse client portfolio. You will lead on complex projects such as transaction support and entrepreneurial tax planning, while providing strategic insight that helps clients achieve their business goals.

Your responsibilities will include managing assignments from planning through to delivery, ensuring budgets, timescales, and quality standards are met. You will be a visible leader, building trusted client relationships, actively seeking opportunities for growth, and representing the firm at networking and business development events.
Equally important will be your role in developing and inspiring others. You will provide guidance and feedback to junior colleagues, creating an environment where they can learn, progress, and thrive. You will also be encouraged to contribute to firm-wide initiatives, shaping improvements in tax processes and supporting innovation in client delivery.

We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise, commercial awareness, and the confidence to advise senior stakeholders. You should hold a CA, CTA, ATT (or equivalent qualification) and have a proven track record in corporate tax. Line management experience and the ability to lead teams will be an added bonus, alongside excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

In return, you will enjoy a flexible and agile working culture, private medical insurance, enhanced family leave, volunteering opportunities, and a competitive pension scheme. Our client's modern offices are designed for collaboration, focus, and wellbeing, and you'll be part of a welcoming team where your contribution is recognised and celebrated.

If you're looking to take the next step in your career and want to make a real impact as part of a forward-thinking firm, I would be delighted to hear from you.
