Are you a CTA-qualified tax professional with strong experience in advising on the tax aspects of corporate transactions? The Role
You'll be advising on a wide range of corporate transaction projects - from mergers and demergers to acquisitions and disposals - delivering tailored solutions that help clients achieve their commercial objectives. You'll produce detailed tax analysis and step plans, prepare client presentations, and provide clear, strategic advice on complex tax issues.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll work closely with managers, partners, and clients, collaborating across teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

What We're Looking For

* CTA qualified with significant experience in corporate reconstructions (mergers, acquisitions, demergers, liquidations).
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax, CGT, stamp taxes, with a broad awareness of IHT and personal tax.
* Proven track record of producing clear, detailed tax analysis, reports, and client presentations.
* Excellent communication skills and the confidence to explain complex matters to clients.
* Ability to manage multiple projects independently with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
