Senior UK/ US Tax Manager

This firm helps US owner-managed businesses (OMBs) and SMEs expand into the UK, offering a full range of accounting, legal, tax, and financial advisory services.

The firm is looking for a UK/US Senior Tax Manager to oversee a portfolio of HNWIs, private equity executives, and business owners, some of the firm’s most valuable transatlantic clients. The team is well-established, with around 10 people.

Key responsibilities:

● Oversee a portfolio of HNWIs, private equity professionals, and entrepreneurs.
● Work closely with US private client service providers in the UK.
● Provide tax planning and consulting to high-value clients.
● Review complex UK and US individual tax returns - Forms 114, 1040, 5471, 8621, 8858, 8865, 8938, 3520, etc. (knowledge of all is not needed).
● Support an engaged and experienced team of UK/US tax professionals
● Work with the existing Partner to learn the skills/form a plan to become a Director.
