UK/ US Tax Director

A leading consulting firm is looking for a US/UK Tax Director to join their PCS team.

Specifically, you'd help lead the firm's Entrepreneurial Private Wealth (EPW) team, collaborating with HNWIs.

You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic vision for the US tax team and the broader business, offering compliance and advisory services to address complex US/UK tax matters. As a pivotal member of the senior leadership team, you will drive the business unit's growth by working collaboratively with the tax partner and influencing key decisions that align with the firm's goals.

You need to be an experienced Senior Manager or above, with over 8 years of experience signing US tax returns within the HNW private client sector. With extensive advisory experience, particularly in the international aspects of the US tax code and regulations, you'll need to show high proficiency in delivering precise, expert advice.

● Strong advisory experience, team leadership capabilities, and a proven ability to collaborate closely with demanding UHWNI & HWNI clients
● Experience with Forms 1040, 1040NR, 5471, 8865, etc.
● Knowledge in pre-immigration planning, foreign tax credits, treaty benefits, GILTI, PFIC, and entity classification.
● EA/CPA & ATT/CTA are also required.
