A UK Chartered Accountancy firm and a US tax specialist have formed a joint venture and are looking for a Senior Manager to take ownership of UK/US private client delivery. This fully remote (UK-based) role is a key hire for both firms.
The Senior Manager will bridge the two businesses, own the client relationship, and oversee the delivery of high-quality, cross-border UK/US tax work. The client base will grow through the joint venture’s shared market approach, serving individuals with both UK and US tax needs.
Acting as the single point of contact for clients, the Senior Manager will coordinate delivery between UK and US teams. This involves high-level review and sign-off across compliance and advisory work, supported by dedicated preparation teams in both countries.
Working closely with senior leaders, this strategic role focuses on leadership, technical advice, and oversight - not hands-on compliance.
The joint venture sits between smaller compliance boutiques and larger firms, offering integrated, technically strong UK/US tax advice delivered in a nimble, personal way.
