Your responsibilities as a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager
In this role, you will manage projects and engage directly with clients and Tax Authorities, taking ownership of assignments across diverse Transfer Pricing areas such as value chain analyses, model design, controversy, and documentation. You will play a key part in building strong relationships with colleagues across the team and other service lines, ensuring the delivery of seamless, multidisciplinary solutions to clients. With a proactive mindset, you will help design and deliver tailored, technically versatile solutions that reflect the latest developments in Transfer Pricing, while also supporting and guiding teammates in their professional growth. This position offers excellent opportunities to further develop both personally and technically, with the flexibility to grow into a specialisation or expand into a broader role.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly qualified professional with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Math, Law, or Business from an accredited university (with CA, CMA, CPA, MA, or MBA credentials strongly preferred).

The ideal candidate will bring at least six years of relevant work experience in either tax advice, consulting, in-house or at the Tax Authorities. You must have Financial Services and Dutch Transfer Pricing experience. 

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication, research, and client service abilities, are essential.

You should be able to demonstrate your ability to build effective relationships, as well as a proven track record in delivering full-cycle project management, from problem diagnosis and solution development to client communication, facilitation, documentation, and expectation management. The role also requires creativity in developing and presenting new ideas.
