Are you ready to help PLCs and large corporates navigate the complexities of tax structuring, technology solutions and compliance?

We're looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join a Corporate tax team in Dublin. You will work closely with the heads of tax and senior personnel and assist with the formulation and implementation of Pillar 2 strategies in the context of the day-to-day business of the organisation as well as specific transactions such as acquisitions and disposals, overseas expansions and tax-efficient financing.

Your responsibilities as a Pillar 2 Consultant
In your role as a Pillar 2 Consultant, you will deepen your knowledge of global tax rules including the Pillar 2 regime and international tax law. You will be responsible for working closely with clients to ensure the optimum tax solutions are identified and implemented. You will deal with technical queries pertaining to Pillar 2, working with specialists and other offices.

You will also embrace digital transformation in the firm, familiarising yourself with evolutions and drive these technologies further in the day-to-day business and with clients. You will also be responsible for mentoring team members and driving the team to make a difference and deliver results in a responsible, authentic and passionate manner.

Requirements
We are looking for an experience Senior Manager with at least 4 years' experience in tax consulting and compliance services. You should have a strong interest in Pillar 2 and Tax Policy and a strong academic record with a degree from any discipline and AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent.

The ideal candidate will have strong relationship management skills with the ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality, diverse relationships. In addition, to the ability to use a broad range of tools and techniques to extract insights from current trends in the market and utilise this information to assist your clients in making smart and innovative business decisions.
