Private Client Tax - Manager | London
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Tax Manager to join this well-established team in London. This is an opportunity to work with a wide variety of high-profile clients, advising on complex and interesting tax matters at the forefront of the industry.
This Private Client team is known for its deep, long-standing relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, including many with significant international footprints. The team advises on all aspects of personal tax, including remuneration planning for private fund professionals, investment structures, cross-border issues, residence and domicile matters, and long-term wealth planning. Many of their clients have single-family offices, personal wealth structures, and complex business interests, so no two days look the same.

What the role involves:

* Managing client relationships, including technical delivery, project management, and operational oversight
* Preparing clear and technically accurate tax advice for clients across a range of complex scenarios
* Supporting the preparation and review of personal tax returns
* Identifying new opportunities to add value to clients and build the portfolio
* Providing mentoring and support to junior team members
* Contributing to business development efforts and strengthening external networks

What's on offer:
You'll be working closely with senior leaders and sector specialists, gaining valuable exposure across a broad range of tax issues. The team places a strong emphasis on professional development, with ongoing training and structured feedback to support your growth. You'll be encouraged to take ownership, contribute ideas, and play an active role in delivering high-quality service to a market-leading client base-including private clients from six of the top ten global private equity firms and many of the world's most prominent family offices.

Key requirements:

* Solid experience advising high-net-worth individuals, including non-UK domiciled clients
* ACA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills-both written and verbal
* Commercial awareness and the ability to build effective client relationships
* A collaborative, proactive approach to delivering client service

If you're looking for a new opportunity in a team that combines high-quality work with genuine career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
