A leading professional services company is currently seeking a corporate Tax Director to join their expanding tax advisory team. The position:
* Offer technical advice to the tax compliance team and offer any guidance on complex corporate tax issues
* Take the lead on a variety of tax advisory projects including restructuring, M&A, international tax planning and innovation reliefs
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering proactive advice and tailored solutions
* Contribute to the growth of the firm through business development, networking, proposal development and identifying new opportunities in the market
* Mentor and support the junior members of the team
* Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes
The candidate:
* CTA qualified
* Extensive experience in corporate tax with a strong mix of compliance and advisory
* Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects and mentor juniors
* Strategic thinking with a proven track record of winning business for the firm
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with colleagues and clients at all levels
* A commitment to delivering and developing high-quality and long-term client relationships
* Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation
