Senior Tax Manager - International Bank, to £125k + 20% bonus

Pure Search are partnered with an International Bank, looking to hire a Senior Tax Manager to report into the Head of Tax.

Responsibilities:

This role involves serving as the lead authority on UK taxation, offering expert guidance to senior management and client-facing teams regarding the tax consequences of complex transactions and business initiatives. It encompasses responsibility for managing tax planning activities across UK operations, while also contributing to broader European tax matters in close coordination with regional tax leadership and local teams.

The position includes acting as the head of the European tax function in the absence of the primary director, driving improvements in tax-related processes and reporting systems. Additionally, the role provides strategic tax input on new business ventures and plays a key part in evaluating the impact of regulatory developments.

Requirements:

* ACA/ACCA/CTA Qualified
* Tax Manager or Senior Manager experience in Financial Services or Banking
* UK based, no visa sponsorship required.

The role is based in London 3 days per week, paying up to £125,000 + 20% bonus.
