About the Team
The Corporate International Tax Team operates across diverse industries, offering expertise in cross-border M&A, international tax planning, transfer pricing, and UK/US tax consulting. As part of this fast-growing, high-performing team, you'll have the opportunity to manage complex transactions, collaborate with senior professionals, and develop cutting-edge tax strategies for clients worldwide.
What You'll Do

Provide expert tax advisory to clients in international markets.
*
Oversee corporate tax compliance, ensuring businesses meet regulatory requirements.
*
Lead and support tax audits under UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP.
*
Work on structuring, due diligence, and transfer pricing projects.
*
Develop proposals for new work, researching potential clients and technical solutions.
*
Build long-term relationships with clients, offering strategic insights that add value.
What We're Looking For
*
CTA/ACA qualified or equivalent, educated to degree level.
*
Strong experience in corporate tax compliance, with knowledge of international tax practices.
*
Ability to manage a portfolio of clients, overseeing billings and financial controls.
*
Proactive mindset, confident in identifying opportunities for service enhancements.
*
Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with senior leaders and clients effectively.
