Are you experienced in global mobility tax looking for a leadership role? We're seeking an experienced Employment Services Tax Director to join our client's growing Global Employer Services team in the Midlands.
This national employer solutions team specialises in three core areas:
* Domestic Employment Tax
* Global Employer Services
* Share Plan and Reward
The team across the UK comprises 100 specialists who provide tailored solutions to help clients navigate employment tax regulations, manage global workforce complexities, and develop effective reward strategies. This holistic approach enhances compliance, efficiency, and strategic success for businesses in a rapidly evolving employment landscape.
Your Role and Impact
As a Director, you will lead the Midlands Global Employer Services team and drive market growth initiatives across the region. This position is ideal for someone passionate about global mobility tax who thrives in a busy and progressive environment. Your other responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Leading and inspiring the regional Global Employer Services team, collaborating with 100 experts nationwide
* Delivering advisory projects with technical excellence, applying a practical and commercial approach
* Spearheading business development in Birmingham and West Midlands, including proposals and networking opportunities
* Playing a pivotal role in mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect, and innovation
What We're Looking For
We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. Ideally, you'll have:
* ATT and/or CTA qualification (or equivalent)
* Deep expertise in global mobility tax, handling complex tax issues
* Proven business development experience with a strong regional network presence
* An open and approachable leadership style, valuing diverse perspectives
