We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager or Senior Manager to work on a mixed portfolio of Corporate Tax and Audit of Tax work with one of our Big 4 clients. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a growing Audit of Tax Specialist Network, a key component of our client's audit practice that tackles complex corporate tax audits.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage Client Portfolios: Handle a diverse portfolio of tax advisory work, liaising with technical specialists and client teams.
* Deliver Complex Audits: Lead detailed audits of tax, ensuring compliance with audit methodologies and documentation standards.
* Provide Expert Advice: Offer detailed tax advice in line with the firm's requirements and procedures.
* Mentor and Develop: Manage, coach, and delegate tasks effectively to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
* Evaluate Tax Risks: Address audit issues, including international supply chain tax risks, finance structures, changing tax rules, and major corporate transactions.
* Drive Technical Development: Play a key role in the development of the local/regional tax team and support the ATS network's initiatives.

Essential Skills and Experience

* Professional Qualifications: UK professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA/legal qualification) or overseas equivalent.
* Audit of Tax Expertise: Experience in international audits or tax accounting on international projects.
* Audit Risk Understanding: Solid grasp of audit risk principles.
* Multi-Client Management: Ability to work on multiple client teams simultaneously.
* Relationship Building: Proven experience in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and focus on self-development and team development.
* Tax Accounting Proficiency: Strong background in tax accounting with knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS.
