Senior Tax Manager

Your new company
An independent Accountancy Practice is looking to add a key hire to head up the Tax team. You will be overseeing a team of 4 people for compliance services and bringing advisory skills to the business. This practice is in an excellent location in SA1 Swansea and has a really tight-knit team.

Your new role

* Coordinate the activities of the tax department.
* Schedule and delegate tasks amongst team members.
* Ensure the department provides high-quality tax services to both businesses and individual clients.
* Extend advisory services to individuals and businesses.
* Ensure clients' tax dealings comply with relevant tax laws.
* Review and approve tax returns
* Business Development

What you'll need to succeed

* You will need to be a qualified Tax Professional. Qualified by experience applications will be considered.
* Mixed Tax experience
* Being able to manage a team and delegate workloads
