Pure Search are excited to be partnered with a private equity backed business that are searching for an M&A Tax Manager.
You'll be providing expert advice on the international tax aspects of acquisitions and restructurings across more than 40 countries. Your role will involve implementing tax-efficient initiatives, supporting global tax planning projects, and ensuring compliance with transfer pricing documentation requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise on international tax aspects of acquisitions, disposals, and group reorganisations.
* Support global tax planning initiatives and cash repatriation strategy.
* Assist in maintaining transfer pricing documentation across the group.
* Provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders on complex tax concepts.
* Coordinate tax and transfer pricing audit defence activities.
* Monitor tax legislation and recommend strategies to optimise the Group's tax position.
* Educate the broader group on international tax and transfer pricing implications.
* Collaborate cross-functionally within the organisation to drive business outcomes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Chartered Accountant with tax training, with industry experience in an international organisation.
* Big 4 trained with international tax structuring and M&A experience.
* Proficiency in managing global tax strategies, policies, and documentation.
* Experience in tax controversy management and transfer pricing (desirable).
* Private equity experience and successful track record in high-growth environments (desirable).
