EMEA Tax Manager (remote working available)

This global healthcare and biopharmaceutical company has an opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager to join its global tax group of over 30.

With lovely new offices in Düsseldorf and offering very flexible working (go to the office whenever you want or just once per month if you prefer), this is a rare opportunity to join a well-established organisation, with a top-class tax function at an exciting stage of its development.

Reporting to the EMEA Head of Tax, this great opportunity is open to a German tax professional who can take responsibility for other surrounding European countries over time. The EMEA Tax Manager role is direct tax focused with a mix of 50% tax advisory and 50% operational tax responsibilities.

All corporate tax compliance outsourced including TP and CbCR – you just review the local files. Work will include Legal Entity rationalisation, intercompany transactions and tax planning. As well as Germany, other key countries could include Poland, Italy and France.

Steuerberater qualification is preferred and there is a lot of support if you are currently studying for the exams. Tax accounting and compliance and experience of interacting with the German tax authorities is also needed.
