As a Real Estate VAT Associate Director, you will:
* Provide expert Tax Advisory services to a range of clients, including start-ups, scale-ups, and multinational corporations.
* Take full responsibility for project delivery within your portfolio.
* Review work prepared by junior team members and liaise with HMRC.
* Manage client relationships, identifying opportunities for enhancing services.
* Actively seek business development opportunities and collaborate with clients and partners to develop them.

* Significant understanding and experience in UK VAT, particularly in Real Estate and Construction.
* Ability to manage a diverse client portfolio and identify opportunities for upselling services.
* Experience dealing directly with HMRC and client senior management.
* Ideally CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
