Senior Manager, International Tax and Transaction Services, Financial Services

Location: Leeds, London, Manchester

The Role: As a Senior Manager in the Transaction Services team, you'll be part of a team of 75 professionals spread across the UK, specialising in international tax and deals advisory services within the Financial Services sector. This role presents a unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier clients in Banking, Insurance, and Wealth & Asset Management, advising on high-profile transactions and deals while collaborating with respected industry partners.

Responsibilities:

* Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service.
* Manage tax projects with technical excellence and a practical business-driven approach.
* Identify and drive opportunities for clients, drawing on knowledge sharing and technical training.
* Develop your own client and internal networks, coaching and mentoring junior staff.
* Stay updated on global tax developments to better advise clients.

Skills and Attributes:

* Client-focused and commercially aware.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Enthusiastic and flexible approach to work.
* Strong team player, capable of motivating and developing others.

Qualifications:

* Experienced tax practitioner with expertise in international tax.
* Preferred qualifications: ATT/ACA/CA/CTA or equivalent experience.
* Experience working with financial services clients.
* Previous people management experience.

Preferred Experience:

* Coaching and developing junior team members.
