An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Director or Senior Manager to join the Global Equity team of this growing business. Not only will you gain the chance to work with global clients and a team of subject matter experts, you will also be in a position to shape this expanding area for the business, not just in the UK but across EMEA and globally.
The client base is truly varied from start-ups who are setting up their employee LTI programmes to established large, global and FTSE 100 companies. You will be responsible for supporting your portfolio of clients to remain compliant, consider legal and regulatory requirements, look at tax implications and tax efficiency of LTIs, assist with financial reporting and accounting advice as well as helping them determine and set up their compensation structure for mobile employees, including executives.
As a key member of the team, your role will be critical to its future success and with that will come reward and recognition. Enjoying an influx of work, this position will require you to ensure delivery and high levels of service are provided. You will need to have a growth mindset and be keen to explore avenues for new revenue with a significant amount of this expected to come from internal referrals, supporting RFPs etc.
To succeed, you will require significant reward and equity knowledge and have experience operating at a senior level. You will have good all-round knowledge of compensation policies and practices; and experience of equity and share plan administration including knowledge of international share plan taxation and regulation.
