M&A Tax Director - 6 months - Hybrid working, to £140k FTE

A senior tax professional is required for this M&A tax, interim tax advisory, Tax Director role, suitable for a Tax Director or previous Head of Tax for this interim tax job in London.

Providing tax consulting advice specifically focused on the divestments of a number of companies that this company is going through. The Tax Director/Consultant will be the primary point of contact for tax queries and in providing tax advice within a multi-disciplinary stakeholder team. This requires extensive liaison with different parties and effective communication.

The divestment projects are at different stages in terms of some are nearing the end of completion and require the finalisation of details, through to those requiring due diligence, and others at entry level/planning.

To be considered for this role it is essential to have previously held a senior position within a tax team, either as Head of Tax or as a Tax Director in order to demonstrate the ability to lead in tax decision making and to have worked on M&A/divestment activities. It is also important to be immediately available or soon to be available and to commit to the duration of the role, seeing you through into the summer of 2024.

Hybrid working is on offer with anywhere between 1-3 days per week in the central London office, depending on work streams.
