Corporate Tax Advisory Focused Role - Leeds

This is a key role reporting to the Head of Corporate Tax and being their 'righthand person'. It is advisory focused with some more complex compliance work on their largest clients. You will also get involved in broader OMB type issues. This firm is a large independent accountancy practice based in the centre of Leeds. You will work on advisory projects such as succession planning for businesses, R&D, sales and acquisitions, group reorganisations, capital allowances planning, share schemes and share valuations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants more exposure to advisory work.

You will shadow the Head of Tax at client meetings and assist with the preparation of technical presentations and marketing material.

You will ideally be recently ACA/CTA qualified although the firm is also happy to see part qualified candidates who are enthusiastic about working in this area of tax. You should have a minimum of 4 years' corporate tax experience and must also be organised, a good communicator and able to manage a busy portfolio of clients.

The firm is happy to support hybrid working and will consider candidates on a full time or 4 day a week basis at any level from part qualified to experienced manager.
