As a Corporate Tax Manager, you'll be at the forefront, advising a diverse client base-from owner-managed businesses to private equity-backed enterprises.
The role:
* Guiding Tax Strategy: Provide insightful advice on tax issues, manage compliance, and lead advisory projects.
* Client Collaboration: Support leadership in client meetings, addressing concerns, and building strong relationships.
* Portfolio Management: Take the lead in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service with leadership support.
* Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with other Tax teams to optimize project outcomes.
* Mentorship: Foster the growth of junior team members by sharing your expertise.
* Innovative Solutions: Provide creative solutions to client tax issues, proactively contributing to their success.
* Business Growth: Actively participate in market presence and pitch/proposal activities, contributing to the firm's growth.
About you:
* Professional Qualification: Hold a CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience.
* Client Management: Confidence in managing a portfolio of entrepreneurial business clients.
* Tax Expertise: Strong knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation and familiarity with international concepts.
* Leadership Skills: Experience in supervising people in a tax environment.
* Professional Exposure: Previous experience in a professional services environment.
* Business Development: Demonstrable experience in driving business growth.
