As a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager, you will:

* Engage with clients to plan and scope their compliance needs.
* Collaborate with the Data Management team to develop data collection strategies.
* Review and submit tax accounting schedules.
* Provide technical approval for the submission of corporation tax returns.
* Identify opportunities for related services and assist clients in managing their tax risk.
* Maintain regular client contact and effectively manage your workload.
* Handle budget management.
* Contribute to the development of other team members.
* Play a role in the growth and profitability of our practice.

* Preferably hold an accountancy or tax professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ATT, CTA, or similar) or have demonstrable knowledge and skills these qualifications provide.
* A strong client service ethos and a flexible approach to meeting client needs.
* The ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with various stakeholders and senior client personnel.
* The ability to identify and create new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and client relationship building.
* Strong coaching skills for junior staff.
